Posted on Jul 26, 2011This year, the Regional Programming Contest will be held on Saturday November 5th, 2011, in several cities in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Cuba, México, Perú and Venezuela. Winners selected from the Latin America Programming Contest will advance to the ACM International Collegiate Programming Contest (ACM ICPC) World Finals.
In Chile, the contest will be held in Santiago, co-organized by the Chilean Computer Science Society (SCCC) and the Escuela de Informática y Telecomunicaciones of the Universidad Diego Portales . The contest itself is scheduled for the afternoon of Saturday November 5th, with all the preparations on the 4th afternoon.
This year only 30 teams will be accepted on the Chile site.
